Oh my beating heart. -from the towering neon sign, to the adorable walk up restaurant, to the original golden arches, this is a must visit location.
Everything apart from the food is amazing.
Technically this is not the first ever McDonalds (it’s the third), but it is the oldest remaining one, opened in 1953.
Try to visit at sunset so you can see the incredible neon sign, featuring Mr Speedy, the early McDonalds mascot, in daylight and dark.
one million thousand trillion stars. (except for the food - but maybe go get a coke to enjoy the full walk-up window experience)
